Jamie Lea
Since founding JLP in 2011, Jamie has passionately positioned the company as a leading Event Management provider in Regional Victoria. As Director, she infuses her creative vision into every aspect of the business, steadfastly guiding the JLP team. Beyond her professional role, Jamie is a dedicated wife, mother, op-shop enthusiast, and avid supporter of the arts, actively participating in and investing in cultural events whenever possible.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Tenielle McKenzie
Bringing over 15 years of administrative team management experience, Tenielle joined JLP in 2022, blending expertise from corporate administration and the music industry. Working remotely from the yacht she shares with her partner while sailing around Australia, she enhances JLP's creative vision with strategic procedures that align with the company's goals.
BUSINESS MANAGER
Resident, ray-of-sunshine, Lauren, joined the JLP Team in 2023. Lauren’s love of people and the planet, formed the perfect amalgamation of personality and skill to both care for and welcome our valued event volunteers, and to further the sustainability goals of the business.

Neil Swann
Neil joined the JLP team in late 2022 after moving to Shepparton and putting his hand up to volunteer at Grounded LIVE at the Dookie Quarry.
As an electrician with a background in building and farm labour, he's no stranger to rolling up his sleeves.
You'll find him supporting JLP's warehouse operations behind the scenes, and helping bring events to life from set-up to pack-down.
ONSITE LEAD
Rhiannon is a writer and communications specialist who joined JL Productions & Hire in 2025.
Rhiannon supports the team across communications, media and event planning. She hopes to continue expanding JLP’s storytelling, brand voice and creative content as the organisation grows.
